This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital courses and educational products purchased through astrology.ruketu.com.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product – No Refund Policy
All courses offered by Ruketu are digital educational products.
Once a course has been purchased and payment has been successfully completed, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
Because the course is a digital product and access to the educational content is provided electronically, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-use, incomplete courses, or dissatisfaction after purchase.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. When Can a Refund Be Provided?
A refund will only be considered in the following specific situation:
You are unable to access the course after successfully purchasing it, and Ruketu is unable to resolve the access issue within 30 days from the date the complaint is raised with us.
If we are unable to restore your course access within this 30-day period, you may be eligible for a refund of the applicable course purchase amount.
This is the only circumstance in which Ruketu will provide a refund, subject to verification of the purchase and the access issue.
3. Technical Issues and Course Access
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased course, you must first contact Ruketu so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please provide:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Course name
- Order/transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Description of the problem
- Screenshots or other relevant information, where applicable
The 30-day period begins from the date we receive your complaint regarding the inability to access the course.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
4. Refund if Access Issue Cannot Be Resolved
If:
- Your purchase is successfully verified;
- You are genuinely unable to access the purchased course;
- You have reported the issue to Ruketu; and
- We are unable to resolve the access issue within 30 days from the date of your complaint,
you may request a refund.
Once the refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refunded amount to reach your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card network, or other financial institution.
5. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided because you:
- Changed your mind after purchasing the course.
- No longer wish to study the course.
- Purchased the wrong course.
- Found the course difficult.
- Decided that the course is not suitable for you.
- Did not have enough time to complete the course.
- Did not watch the lessons.
- Did not complete the course.
- Did not attend live sessions.
- Did not use the course during the access period.
- Did not achieve the expected learning outcome.
- Did not achieve a particular personal or professional result.
6. One-Year Course Access
Every Ruketu course is available for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The access period begins from the date of successful payment.
For example, if you purchase a course on 15 September 2026, your course access will be available for one year from that purchase date.
The course does not automatically renew after the one-year access period unless otherwise specifically stated.
Failure to use the course during the one-year access period does not create an entitlement to a refund or extension.
7. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same course because of a technical or payment-processing error, please contact us immediately.
After verification of the duplicate transaction, the additional payment may be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Payment Successful but Course Not Accessible
If your payment has been successfully completed but you cannot access your purchased course, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate the issue and make reasonable efforts to restore your access.
The 30-day resolution period will begin from the date your complaint is received by Ruketu.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved under this policy, Ruketu will initiate the refund to the original payment method, wherever reasonably possible.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the relevant payment gateway and financial institution.
Ruketu is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks, or other financial institutions.
10. Course Access After Refund
If a refund is approved, your access to the relevant course may be permanently deactivated.
You must not continue accessing, copying, downloading, reproducing, or distributing the course content after receiving a refund.
11. No Refund for Course Results
Ruketu provides astrology courses for educational purposes.
We do not guarantee that completing a course will result in:
- Becoming a professional astrologer
- Earning money
- Getting clients
- Increasing income
- Achieving a particular career outcome
- Achieving a particular personal outcome
- Predicting future events successfully
Failure to achieve any expected result does not qualify for a refund.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with your purchase or course access, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your bank or payment provider, Ruketu may provide relevant transaction and course-access information to the payment provider or financial institution for the purpose of responding to the dispute.
13. Applicable Laws
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
